Alldaybike Warranty and Guarantee
You’re covered by a 2-year warranty that run concurrently. Below we explain what's covered, what's not, and how to make a claim.
Coverage Overview
- Original component parts (e.g., DT Swiss) are covered for at least 2 years unless otherwise stated.
- The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects present at delivery.
- The warranty is linked to the bike, not the owner — second-hand buyers within 2 years can still make a claim with proof of purchase.
- Allday covers rebuilding, shipping, and customs fees for valid warranty claims.
- You may visit a Allday Authorized Service Partner for inspections.
This guarantee begins on the delivery date and is only available to the original owner. It does not apply to third-party components.
If original replacement parts are unavailable in the same color, alternatives will be offered.
Note: Allday-branded e-bike batteries are covered for 2 years or 500 charge cycles (whichever comes first), retaining 70% performance. The Stitched CFR Trial also has a 2-year guarantee.
Exclusions — What’s Not Covered?
The warranty and guarantee do not cover:
- Accidental damage (e.g., from a crash or fall)*
- Wear and tear or improper maintenance
- Corrosion-related damage
- Damage from usage outside the bike’s intended category
- Color fading from sunlight or cleaning agents
*You may qualify for discounted replacement through our Crash Replacement Program.
How to Make a Claim
- Ensure you meet the warranty or guarantee criteria.
- Submit your claim online (log into your Allday account for faster processing).
- Provide a detailed description of the issue and clear photos of your clean bike.
- Our technical team will contact you for any follow-ups or inspections needed.
The claim process typically takes between 2–6 weeks. Alternatively, visit a Allday-authorized service partner for direct help.
Accessories and Gear
- Allday gear, accessories, and spare parts are covered by a 2-year warranty (unless noted otherwise).
- Third-party items are also covered for 2 years unless otherwise stated.
- Coverage applies to material and manufacturing defects present at delivery.
- Wear, misuse, or crash-related damage is excluded.
