Our return policy is built upon our commitment to customer satisfaction. Thanks to accurate product information and attentive service, we maintain an exceptionally low rate of return.

If you receive an item that does not match your order, please contact us. We will not only replace the item but also refund the return shipping cost. We strive to make the return process smooth and in your best interest.


Manufacturer Warranty

All products sold are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary depending on the manufacturer and product. Please consult the documentation included with your product for specific warranty details.

If you have questions about a warranty, feel free to contact us. Be sure to retain all original product materials and packaging to help facilitate communication with us or the manufacturer, should the need arise. Please note that shipping and service charges are not typically covered under warranty.


Return Information

We offer free returns within 30 days for all new or unused products. Whether you've changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you may return your items by following our simple return process:

  1. Fill out the returns form and specify the reason for each product being returned.
  2. Pack the items securely in their original, undamaged packaging. Include the completed returns form in the parcel.
  3. Visit our Returns Portal to create a free return label.
  4. Print the label, affix it to the parcel, and take it to the nearest pickup point.

Return Eligibility

  • Products ordered directly on alldaybike.com and delivered to your home can only be returned through alldaybike.com.
  • Products ordered online and delivered via Click & Collect must be returned to the same store. Please provide proof of purchase when returning these items.

For all returns shipped to or from your original delivery location, please visit our Returns Portal to create a shipping label and find the nearest drop-off (pickup) station.
